Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A university degree and recognized teaching qualification.
- Extensive and quality teaching experience, preferably in the IB program.
- Strong commitment to role responsibility and leadership skills.
- Flexibility and resilience to adapt to a fast-paced, growing environment.
- A data-informed mindset with the ability to set and meet performance targets.
- A passion for music education and a commitment to student development.
Preferred
- Experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) program.
- Experience in developing and managing music curricula.
