Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A university degree and recognized teaching qualification.
  • Extensive and quality teaching experience, preferably in the IB program.
  • Strong commitment to role responsibility and leadership skills.
  • Flexibility and resilience to adapt to a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • A data-informed mindset with the ability to set and meet performance targets.
  • A passion for music education and a commitment to student development.

Preferred

  • Experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) program.
  • Experience in developing and managing music curricula.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with collaborative teaching and professional development initiatives.
