Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate physical education programs aligned with the IB PYP curriculum.
• Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student development and academic goals.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students through the proper use of equipment and adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student progress and engagement.
• Stay current with best practices in physical education and incorporate innovative teaching methods into lessons.
• Provide regular feedback and assessments to support student growth and achievement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education or a related field.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in primary school settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and deliver engaging lesson plans.
• Commitment to promoting physical health and well-being among students.

Preferred

• Familiarity with the IB PYP curriculum.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Experience with teaching in an international school setting.
• Open-mindedness towards innovative teaching methods.
