Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and share best practices.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support student learning and wellbeing.
- Participate in school-wide events and initiatives that promote student engagement and school culture.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Stay up to date with current educational research and best practices in teaching and learning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A commitment to a trauma-informed approach and student wellbeing.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience in planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
Preferred
- Experience working with students with diverse needs, including those with complex emotional or behavioural challenges.
- Knowledge of child development and wellbeing strategies.
- Experience with curriculum development and innovative teaching methods.
- Experience in a school that follows a similar mission or values.
