Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in line with the Cambridge curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the needs of all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support school-wide initiatives.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in school events and contribute to the development of the school community.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.
- Support the school’s mission through active involvement in extracurricular activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Native level English speaker with strong communication skills.
- Qualified and experienced Primary School Teacher with a relevant teaching qualification.
- Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum and international education standards.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students of diverse backgrounds.
- Willingness to relocate to Montenegro and commit to long-term employment.
Preferred
- Experience teaching in an international school setting.
- Familiarity with bilingual or multilingual education environments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with technology integration in the classroom.
