Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inclusive learning strategies to support students with special educational needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to create individualized learning plans.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress to ensure effective support and intervention.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on inclusive practices and SEN strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the school’s inclusive education framework.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a strong background in special educational needs.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of inclusive education practices and SEN strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals.
Preferred
- Experience with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities.
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum for England and International Primary Curriculum.
- Experience in a multi-cultural and international setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
