Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inclusive learning strategies to support students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to create individualized learning plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress to ensure effective support and intervention.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on inclusive practices and SEN strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the school’s inclusive education framework.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a strong background in special educational needs.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of inclusive education practices and SEN strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals.

Preferred

  • Experience with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities.
  • Familiarity with the National Curriculum for England and International Primary Curriculum.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural and international setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
