Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the primary level.
  • Strong knowledge of STEM subjects and inquiry-based teaching methodologies.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual environment.
  • Experience working in an international or bilingual educational setting.

Preferred

  • Experience with the Chinese national curriculum or international curricula such as IB or Cambridge.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and resources for STEM instruction.
  • Experience in leading or supporting student-led projects and community initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
