Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the UK curriculum for Early Years students
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support continuous professional development
- Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about student progress and development
- Monitor and assess student learning through a variety of methods and provide constructive feedback
- Promote Islamic values and cultural awareness within the classroom and school community
- Stay updated on current educational research and integrate new teaching strategies into daily practice
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Primary/Elementary/Childhood Education or related field
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in an early years setting
- Familiarity with the UK curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities tailored to young learners' needs
Preferred
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
- Demonstrated ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
- Experience in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
- Knowledge of Islamic values and cultural practices
