Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support progress and achievement for all learners.
- Plan and prepare long- and medium-term curriculum plans to ensure continuity and progression.
- Create and maintain a positive learning environment that fosters high expectations and strong relationships.
- Use assessment effectively to track progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to reporting processes, including assessments and progress updates for individuals and groups.
- Support the development of the curriculum and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
- Model positive behaviour management and promote social and emotional development.
- Safeguard and promote student welfare by following all statutory requirements and school policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A passion for supporting pupils with complex needs and diverse learning styles
- A full UK driving licence
