Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with IB and state standards.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students.
  • Monitor and support the academic, emotional, and social development of students.
  • Foster a positive and productive classroom environment with high expectations for behavior.
  • Integrate technology effectively to enhance student learning.
  • Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and families to support a sense of community.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent command of English
  • Minimum of 3–4 years of experience teaching primary grades
  • Strong communication skills, humility, and empathy
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong team spirit and collaborative approach
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Education
  • Experience with the IB PYP and/or dual language programs
