Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the British curriculum.
- Analyze student data to support learning and achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues, including the Head of AEN and Head of EAL, to support diverse learners.
- Use educational ICT to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of co-curricular activities.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on progress and development.
- Support the school’s ethos through commitment to pastoral care and community involvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Graduate qualified teacher with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with students in the relevant age group.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum content and pedagogy.
- Ability to use a variety of assessment and feedback techniques.
- Commitment to upholding the school’s ethos and values.
Preferred
- Experience in an international school.
