Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the Cambridge International Curriculum and White Rose Maths.
- Develop and implement a structured and inquiry-based approach to the Topic curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and lifelong learning.
- Support students’ academic and personal development through individualized attention and feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the quality of teaching and learning.
- Participate in school events and contribute to the school’s vibrant community spirit.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
- Engage with parents to support student learning and development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor of Education (Primary), or a Degree plus PGCE or PGDE.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality education and fostering student growth.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching in a UK or international school.
- Experience with Monster Phonics or similar phonics-based teaching methods.
- Familiarity with inquiry-based learning approaches.
