The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in line with the English National Curriculum and IPC.
- Design and implement engaging and challenging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Foster a positive classroom culture that encourages student participation, creativity, and achievement.
- Contribute to the pastoral care and extra-curricular programme by offering an activity that enhances learning or reflects personal interests.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support the ongoing development of the curriculum and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with at least two years’ teaching experience.
- Fluent in English and able to deliver the British curriculum effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to developing innovative and creative approaches to learning.
- High expectations of both self and students, with a focus on academic excellence and personal development.
Preferred
- Experience with the International Primary Curriculum (IPC).
- Background in pastoral care or extra-curricular activities.
- Familiarity with educational technology and its application in the classroom.
- Experience working in an international school setting.
