The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced UK Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team as a Principal Teacher. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners in a supportive and innovative educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging, effective lessons aligned with the British Curriculum and Cambridge standards.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic, emotional, and social growth of students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement cross-curricular projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to support learning outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field, with QTS or PGCE
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification teaching experience
  • Strong expertise in Primary school teaching, including KS1 and KS2
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging lessons

Preferred

  • Experience in Cambridge schools or international education settings
  • Familiarity with modern pedagogical practices and technology integration
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
