The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Primary Teacher with PGCE and QTS to join a dynamic school in Kuwait. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners while contributing to a supportive and innovative educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Primary Homeroom (Level 1-6) classes, ensuring a positive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that support students’ academic, emotional, and social development.
  • Maintain high standards of student behavior and achievement, creating a conducive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and share best practices.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Hold a Bachelor's in Education or equivalent, plus a post-graduate qualification in education (i.e., PGCE/GTP) with QTS.
  • Experience teaching in a British or IB curriculum school, either in the UK or overseas.
  • A proven track record of excellent classroom practice and pedagogical skills.
  • Proficient in using IT to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Ability to engage, motivate, and support children, staff, and parents.
