Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Regional Director and other senior leaders to align school goals with the broader vision of the group.

- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and evidence-based decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in a school setting, ideally at a similar scale.
- Strong track record in improving student achievement and school performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing large teams and complex school operations.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Preferred
- Experience in a multi-academy trust or similar educational organization.
- Background in curriculum development and innovation.
- Experience with school improvement and change management.
- Familiarity with the local Carlisle area and its educational landscape.
