The Opportunity:

As Principal, you will lead a small, international community committed to academic excellence, inclusivity, and personalized learning. This role offers the chance to shape the future of a growing school and make a meaningful impact on students and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver academic excellence and a positive school culture.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the school’s mission and Nord Anglia Education’s global standards.
  • Manage all aspects of school operations, including academic, financial, and marketing performance.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and support for students with diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborate with global partners such as Juilliard, MIT, and King’s College London to enhance student and staff experiences.
  • Ensure the school meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and the local community.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven leadership experience in an international school setting.
  • Strong background in UK and/or IB curriculum, with experience in post-16 education.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance academic excellence with commercial performance.
  • Experience in leading inclusive education and supporting students with diverse learning needs.
  • Strong data analysis and KPI management skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative school environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading school improvement initiatives or transformational projects.
  • Familiarity with Nord Anglia Education’s philosophy and global partnerships.
  • Leadership experience in a multicultural or international context.
  • Experience in school marketing and stakeholder engagement.
