Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver academic excellence and a positive school culture.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the school’s mission and Nord Anglia Education’s global standards.
- Manage all aspects of school operations, including academic, financial, and marketing performance.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and support for students with diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with global partners such as Juilliard, MIT, and King’s College London to enhance student and staff experiences.
- Ensure the school meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and performance metrics.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and the local community.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in an international school setting.
- Strong background in UK and/or IB curriculum, with experience in post-16 education.
- Demonstrated ability to balance academic excellence with commercial performance.
- Experience in leading inclusive education and supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong data analysis and KPI management skills.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative school environment.
Preferred
- Experience in leading school improvement initiatives or transformational projects.
- Familiarity with Nord Anglia Education’s philosophy and global partnerships.
- Leadership experience in a multicultural or international context.
- Experience in school marketing and stakeholder engagement.
