Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Principal or senior leader in an educational setting.
- Strong track record in driving improvement and achieving high student outcomes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of educational policy and curriculum development.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Preferred
- Experience working within a multi-academy trust.
- Background in leading school transformation or improvement initiatives.
- Experience with leadership development programs.
- Strong understanding of school governance and management.
