Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a Principal or senior leader in an educational setting.
  • Strong track record in driving improvement and achieving high student outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of educational policy and curriculum development.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

  • Experience working within a multi-academy trust.
  • Background in leading school transformation or improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with leadership development programs.
  • Strong understanding of school governance and management.
