Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience in early years and mixed-age teaching
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to lead in a small school environment
- Confidence in using data to drive improvement
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Preferred
- Experience with school improvement and strategic planning
- Experience in leading a school with a strong community focus
- Experience in managing a diverse and inclusive school environment
- Experience in working with service personnel and their families
