The Opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary Principal to lead a dynamic and inclusive school community. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision that aligns with the school’s mission and values.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development for all staff.
  • Build strong partnerships with the local community, parents, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the school maintains high standards in student achievement, behavior, and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with the Trust to support the school’s ongoing development and growth.
  • Promote the school’s values and ethos, ensuring they are embedded in all aspects of school life.
  • Oversee the effective management of the school’s resources and facilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven leadership experience in a school setting, ideally as a Principal or Deputy Principal.
  • Strong track record in driving improvement in teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Experience in strategic planning and school development.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

  • Experience of working within a multi-academy trust or similar collaborative structure.
  • Background in leading successful partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
  • Experience in managing large-scale school improvement projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
