Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
- Develop and implement a strategic vision that aligns with the school’s mission and values.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development for all staff.
- Build strong partnerships with the local community, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the school maintains high standards in student achievement, behavior, and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with the Trust to support the school’s ongoing development and growth.
- Promote the school’s values and ethos, ensuring they are embedded in all aspects of school life.
- Oversee the effective management of the school’s resources and facilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in a school setting, ideally as a Principal or Deputy Principal.
- Strong track record in driving improvement in teaching and learning outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Experience in strategic planning and school development.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Preferred
- Experience of working within a multi-academy trust or similar collaborative structure.
- Background in leading successful partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
- Experience in managing large-scale school improvement projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
