Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a dynamic school community, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision aligned with the school’s mission and international standards.
  • Oversee academic programmes and ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the school’s operations, including financial, marketing, and student recruitment strategies.
  • Support the growth of both day and boarding programmes, enhancing the school’s profile and impact.
  • Ensure compliance with international accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the global leadership team of Nord Anglia Education to share best practices and elevate the school’s offering.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven leadership experience in an international school setting, preferably at a senior level.
  • Strong track record in academic leadership and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of international curricula and educational standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex organisations with a focus on student outcomes and institutional growth.

Preferred

  • Experience with the International Baccalaureate or other internationally recognised qualifications.
  • Familiarity with the Nord Anglia Education framework and global initiatives.
  • Leadership experience in a boarding school environment.
  • Experience in school marketing, recruitment, and brand development.
  • Strong understanding of educational technology and innovation in teaching and learning.
