Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a dynamic school community, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Develop and implement a strategic vision aligned with the school’s mission and international standards.
- Oversee academic programmes and ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Manage the school’s operations, including financial, marketing, and student recruitment strategies.
- Support the growth of both day and boarding programmes, enhancing the school’s profile and impact.
- Ensure compliance with international accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the global leadership team of Nord Anglia Education to share best practices and elevate the school’s offering.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in an international school setting, preferably at a senior level.
- Strong track record in academic leadership and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of international curricula and educational standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex organisations with a focus on student outcomes and institutional growth.
Preferred
- Experience with the International Baccalaureate or other internationally recognised qualifications.
- Familiarity with the Nord Anglia Education framework and global initiatives.
- Leadership experience in a boarding school environment.
- Experience in school marketing, recruitment, and brand development.
- Strong understanding of educational technology and innovation in teaching and learning.
