The Opportunity:

As a Principal's PA, you will provide essential administrative support to the Principal and senior leadership team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the school and plays a key part in achieving its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and efficient administrative support to the Principal and senior leadership team.
  • Coordinate and manage the school's executive office operations and communications.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, agendas, and minutes for meetings and events.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Support the implementation of the school's strategic objectives and initiatives.
  • Assist with the management of school events and external communications.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the Principal in managing the school’s day-to-day administrative needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in a senior administrative or executive support role.

Preferred

  • Experience in the education sector, particularly within a school setting.
  • Knowledge of school operations and governance.
  • Experience with managing complex schedules and priorities.
  • Familiarity with school management systems and software.
