The Opportunity:
As a Principal's PA, you will provide essential administrative support to the Principal and senior leadership team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the school and plays a key part in achieving its strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive and efficient administrative support to the Principal and senior leadership team.
- Coordinate and manage the school's executive office operations and communications.
- Prepare and distribute reports, agendas, and minutes for meetings and events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Support the implementation of the school's strategic objectives and initiatives.
- Assist with the management of school events and external communications.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the Principal in managing the school’s day-to-day administrative needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in a senior administrative or executive support role.
Preferred
- Experience in the education sector, particularly within a school setting.
- Knowledge of school operations and governance.
- Experience with managing complex schedules and priorities.
- Familiarity with school management systems and software.
