The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Psychology lessons to Years 12 and 13 students.
- Encourage intellectual curiosity and a love of learning in students.
- Develop and implement engaging and innovative teaching strategies.
- Support students in achieving their academic potential through personalized guidance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and student experience.
- Contribute to the pastoral care and overall development of students.
- Stay up to date with developments in the field of Psychology and education.
- Prepare and mark assessments in line with the school’s standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge.
- Experience teaching Psychology at A Level or equivalent.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience teaching the IB Psychology course.
- Experience teaching A Level Sociology.
- NQTs or experienced teachers from both the independent and state sectors.
