As a Pupil Services Administrator, you will support pupil-facing services across the school, contributing to a positive and successful educational experience for all students. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate pupil services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality pastoral care and student wellbeing initiatives.
  • Liaise with staff, students, and parents to address concerns and provide guidance.
  • Assist in the implementation of school policies and procedures that support student progress.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate student records and administrative systems.
  • Promote a culture of respect, excellence, and responsibility across the school.
  • Support events and activities that enhance student engagement and achievement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent and positive student experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or pupil support role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to student wellbeing and inclusive education.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with school operations and administrative procedures.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a school or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Experience with student welfare and pastoral support.
  • Understanding of educational values and school culture.
  • Proficiency in using administrative software and systems.
