As a Pupil Services Administrator, you will support pupil-facing services across the school, contributing to a positive and successful educational experience for all students. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate pupil services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support the delivery of high-quality pastoral care and student wellbeing initiatives.
- Liaise with staff, students, and parents to address concerns and provide guidance.
- Assist in the implementation of school policies and procedures that support student progress.
- Contribute to the maintenance of accurate student records and administrative systems.
- Promote a culture of respect, excellence, and responsibility across the school.
- Support events and activities that enhance student engagement and achievement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent and positive student experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or pupil support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to student wellbeing and inclusive education.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with school operations and administrative procedures.
Preferred
- Experience working in a school or educational setting.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Experience with student welfare and pastoral support.
- Understanding of educational values and school culture.
- Proficiency in using administrative software and systems.
