Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality English instruction aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) curriculum
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and academic achievement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources
  • Support student well-being through pastoral care and individualized attention
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Engage in cross-school collaboration with partner institutions
  • Monitor and assess student progress to ensure consistent academic growth
  • Promote bilingualism and international-mindedness through teaching and school-wide initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a respected university
  • Recognised teaching status
  • At least two years of relevant teaching experience
  • Proven experience teaching English as a first language in Primary schools

Preferred

  • Experience in a bilingual Primary school
  • Experience and/or knowledge of the IB Primary Years Programme
