The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English, Math, and Science according to the IB PYP framework.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally responsive learning environment for all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curricula that meet international standards.
- Communicate regularly with parents and students to support student progress and well-being.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and pedagogical knowledge.
- Monitor and assess student performance to ensure continuous learning and development.
- Support the school’s mission by promoting diversity, inclusivity, and cultural awareness in the classroom.
- Contribute to school events and activities that enhance the student experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Primary/Elementary/Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
- Familiarity with international curricula and best practices in homeroom instruction.
- Strong understanding of the IB PYP framework and its implementation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Teaching certification.
- Experience with international schools or teaching in a multicultural environment.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
