The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reception Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the school’s front-of-house services and providing a welcoming experience for all visitors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor接待 with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and visitor logs
  • Support the school’s administrative processes, including the processing of forms and documentation
  • Liaise with staff, students, and parents to ensure a seamless and efficient service
  • Assist with the coordination of school events and meetings
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and data protection policies
  • Provide a friendly and welcoming first point of contact for all visitors and stakeholders
  • Support the school’s commitment to student and staff wellbeing through proactive and positive engagement

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a smooth workflow
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong IT and administrative skills
  • Previous experience of working in a school is preferable, but not essential

Preferred

  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Knowledge of school operations and procedures
  • Experience with safeguarding and data protection policies
