Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the National Curriculum of England.
  • Plan and implement engaging, creative, and developmentally appropriate learning activities.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Work closely with parents and colleagues to support the holistic development of students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing detailed and constructive feedback.
  • Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school-wide initiatives.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of extracurricular activities and school events.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and behavior.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a UK Department for Education teacher reference number or equivalent non-UK qualifications.
  • Fluent English speaking graduate.
  • Experience in early years education (EYFS) or equivalent.
  • Commitment to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with international students and multicultural environments.
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL/TEFL).
  • Involvement in extracurricular activities or pastoral care.
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
