The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor接待 with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Liaise with parents, staff, and students to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Support the administration team with a variety of tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Assist with event coordination and school communications.
