The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our friendly administration team. As a Receptionist, you will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of the school’s main office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front line customer service to all visitors, students, and staff.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Support the main office with administrative tasks and general duties.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is up to date.
  • Use Microsoft Office and other ICT systems effectively.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all who visit the school.
  • Assist with the coordination of events and meetings as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong communication and telephone skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a busy, dynamic environment.
