Summary:

Recruitment Coordinator needed to support the recruitment process across the Foundation.

The Opportunity:

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and compliant process for all roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a professional and positive experience, while upholding the highest standards of safer recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process for designated roles, from advertising to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records in HR systems and ensure compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
  • Conduct pre-employment checks and safer recruitment procedures.
  • Act as a first point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the Recruitment Manager in delivering efficient and effective recruitment outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Single Central Record.
  • Provide timely and accurate communication throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a recruitment or HR role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of safer recruitment practices and KCSIE guidelines.
  • Experience with HR systems and record-keeping.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in education or a related sector.
  • Familiarity with candidate management systems.
  • Understanding of the values and ethos of a school environment.
  • Experience in supporting the recruitment of teaching and support staff.
