Recruitment Coordinator needed to support the recruitment process across the Foundation.

The Opportunity:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and compliant process for all roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a professional and positive experience, while upholding the highest standards of safer recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process for designated roles, from advertising to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in HR systems and ensure compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
- Conduct pre-employment checks and safer recruitment procedures.
- Act as a first point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the Recruitment Manager in delivering efficient and effective recruitment outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Single Central Record.
- Provide timely and accurate communication throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a recruitment or HR role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of safer recruitment practices and KCSIE guidelines.
- Experience with HR systems and record-keeping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in education or a related sector.
- Familiarity with candidate management systems.
- Understanding of the values and ethos of a school environment.
- Experience in supporting the recruitment of teaching and support staff.
