Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate student records and manage admissions data
  • Handle general office administration tasks including filing, mail management, and telephone enquiries
  • Liaise with Faculty Heads to ensure class coverage and communication
  • Assist in the construction and maintenance of the college timetable
  • Occasionally supervise classes in the absence of tutors
  • Support the Exams Officers with distribution, collection, and submission of examination materials
  • Organize and manage mock and public examinations
  • Collaborate on special projects that support the college’s development
  • Promote student welfare and handle inquiries related to exams and timetables

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience in day-to-day administrative tasks and ability to prioritize
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn and use new software packages
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Capacity to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Flexible, adaptable, and forward-thinking
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Friendly and helpful demeanor

Preferred
