As a Reprographics Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent and efficient production of educational resources across the school. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reprographics department to ensure the timely and accurate production of all educational materials.
- Support the curriculum delivery by providing high-quality resources for teaching and learning.
- Maintain and manage reprographics equipment and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to understand and meet the reprographics needs of the school.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all printed and digital resources.
- Assist in the organisation of reprographics-related projects and events.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of reprographics policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff on the use of reprographics services.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in a reprographics or similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using reprographics equipment and software.
Preferred
- Experience in a school or college environment.
- Knowledge of educational printing and resource production.
- Familiarity with digital and print-based learning materials.
- Experience in supporting curriculum delivery through reprographics services.
