The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated Reprographics Technician to join a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the reprographics department, ensuring timely and accurate production of materials.
Develop and maintain strong administrative skills, particularly in MS Office.
Provide excellent customer service to staff and students across the school.
Support the school’s commitment to academic excellence by ensuring all reprographics needs are met efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain and update reprographics equipment and systems.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of reprographics processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Strong administrative skills with experience in MS Office.

Attention to detail and a high standard of work.

Preferred

Previous experience in reprographics or a similar role.
Experience working in an educational setting.
