Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the school office, including answering calls and emails.
- Support the school’s wellbeing initiatives and ensure all policies are followed.
- Use IT systems effectively to manage school data and communications.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a welcoming and efficient working environment.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with students, parents, and visitors.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Excellent administration and IT skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy office environment.
- A calm and professional team player with a positive attitude.

- Experience in a school or educational setting.
- Familiarity with school management systems or software.
