The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Reception and Business Operations team with administrative tasks.
- Manage the daily attendance process for the school.
- Handle reception duties, including answering telephones, managing face-to-face enquiries, and signing in visitors.
- Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and staff.
- Build strong professional relationships with students and colleagues.
- Work flexibly to meet the demands of the role and support the school’s mission.
- Assist with general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Previous experience of working with children aged 11-16 in an education setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and build effective relationships.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Demonstrated personal resilience and ability to model positive behaviors.
Preferred
- Experience in a school administration or similar role.
- Knowledge of school operations and procedures.
- Experience with attendance management systems.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
