The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Reception and Business Operations team with administrative tasks.
  • Manage the daily attendance process for the school.
  • Handle reception duties, including answering telephones, managing face-to-face enquiries, and signing in visitors.
  • Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and staff.
  • Build strong professional relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Work flexibly to meet the demands of the role and support the school’s mission.
  • Assist with general administrative duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Previous experience of working with children aged 11-16 in an education setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective relationships.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Demonstrated personal resilience and ability to model positive behaviors.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school administration or similar role.
  • Knowledge of school operations and procedures.
  • Experience with attendance management systems.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
