Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage admissions administration and ensure a warm, efficient, and professional experience for prospective families.
  • Maintain accurate records and support the coordination of key events.
  • Answer calls, greet visitors, and manage diary appointments effectively.
  • Support the wider school office with confidential information management and pupil movement.
  • Assist with the administration of digital systems and data entry tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Registrar and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide flexible and responsive support across the administration team.
  • Support school events and tours as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with digital systems, including data entry and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Experience in an educational or administrative role.

Preferred

  • Experience with data cleansing or CRM software.
  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting.
  • Familiarity with admissions processes and school operations.
  • Flexibility to support events and tours.
