As a School Administrator, you will be a key member of the school’s team, providing essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of the school office. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain school records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support the school office by handling a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks
- Assist with financial processes, including budgeting and monitoring expenses
- Coordinate communication between the school and the Trust, ensuring seamless collaboration
- Provide support to staff and students, contributing to a positive and efficient working environment
- Assist with the planning and organization of school events and activities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of school policies and procedures
- Support the implementation of the school’s values and ethos in all aspects of the role
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or clerical role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with school systems and processes
- Commitment to the school’s values and ethos
Preferred
- Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting
- Knowledge of educational software and systems
- Experience in financial administration or budgeting
- Understanding of child development and educational principles
