Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all administrative processes across the school
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data management systems
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate with various departments to support school operations
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Provide support to staff and students in a professional and efficient manner
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities in collaboration with relevant teams
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Certificate in Business Administration, Law, Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in school administration or office management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with data management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Experience coordinating teams and working collaboratively across departments
Preferred
- Knowledge of Spanish
- Experience with international school environments
- Familiarity with British curriculum and educational standards
