The Opportunity:
A School Administrator is needed to support the Primary team in a welcoming and fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing excellent service to students, parents, and visitors. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to maintain a high standard of administration and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome students, parents, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
- Provide administrative support to the Primary Principal, Head of School, and Senior Leadership Team
- Manage a varied workload with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and in writing
- Utilise ISAMS and Microsoft Office software to support school operations
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures
- Assist with the management of school events and parent communication
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Minimum of two years’ experience working as a school administrator
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and ICT
- Experience using ISAMS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures
Preferred
- Experience working in an international school setting
- Knowledge of the IB curriculum
- Experience with managing school events or parent communication
- Multilingual skills
