The Opportunity:

A School Administrator is needed to support the Primary team in a welcoming and fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing excellent service to students, parents, and visitors. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to maintain a high standard of administration and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome students, parents, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Provide administrative support to the Primary Principal, Head of School, and Senior Leadership Team
  • Manage a varied workload with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and in writing
  • Utilise ISAMS and Microsoft Office software to support school operations
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Assist with the management of school events and parent communication

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Minimum of two years’ experience working as a school administrator
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and ICT
  • Experience using ISAMS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures

Preferred

  • Experience working in an international school setting
  • Knowledge of the IB curriculum
  • Experience with managing school events or parent communication
  • Multilingual skills
