Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong financial and strategic leadership skills with a focus on improving educational outcomes.
- Experience in leading and managing support teams effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of the school community.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Preferred
- Experience in a school business leadership role within a large or complex school setting.
- Knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and financial management frameworks.
- Experience with school improvement and strategic development initiatives.
