Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in academic, social, and emotional development through individual and group counseling sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop individualized support plans for students.
- Provide guidance on career planning, college applications, and personal development.
- Monitor student well-being and refer students to appropriate resources when needed.
- Deliver workshops and programs on topics such as stress management, study skills, and personal resilience.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and reports.
- Participate in school events and contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive school culture.
- Stay up to date with best practices in student counseling and educational psychology.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in school counseling or student support services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and teachers.
- Commitment to student well-being and personal development.
- Familiarity with international curricula and educational standards.
Preferred
- Master’s degree in counseling or educational psychology.
- Experience working in an international school setting.
- Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate or other globally recognized curricula.
- Experience with student mental health and well-being programs.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
