The Opportunity:

As a School Receptionist, you will be a vital part of the Curriculum Support Team. You will manage a busy switchboard, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and support the smooth operation of a thriving institution. This role is ideal for someone who values clear communication and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor接待 with professionalism and efficiency
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate records of all communications and visitor logs
  • Support the administration of school events and meetings, including booking and preparation
  • Assist with the processing of student and staff documentation, ensuring compliance with school policies
  • Provide a friendly and welcoming front-of-house service to students, parents, and visitors
  • Collaborate with other members of the Curriculum Support Team to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain a high standard of office organization and cleanliness
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry and correspondence

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative and IT skills, including proficiency with office software
  • Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within an education setting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

Preferred

  • Previous experience working in a school or educational institution
  • Knowledge of school policies and procedures
  • Experience with switchboard operations and customer service
  • Flexibility to work during school holidays and outside standard hours when required
