Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree in Science or Technology.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing Science and Technology curriculum.
  • Strong knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and student support.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to monitor and evaluate student progress effectively.
  • Commitment to raising student achievement and aspiration.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading a department or team.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
  • Experience in cross-phase education settings.
