Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in science.
- Commitment to high standards of teaching, behaviour, and student achievement.
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take ownership of curriculum development.
Preferred
- Experience in curriculum design or leadership within a science department.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with teaching students preparing for GCSEs or A-levels.
- Familiarity with evidence-based teaching strategies and assessment methods.
