Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve science provision and student outcomes.
  • Provide individualized feedback and guidance to students to help them reach their academic and personal goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in science.
  • Commitment to high standards of teaching, behaviour, and student achievement.
  • Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take ownership of curriculum development.

Preferred

  • Experience in curriculum design or leadership within a science department.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with teaching students preparing for GCSEs or A-levels.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based teaching strategies and assessment methods.
