Key Responsibilities:

- Actively contribute to extra-curricular activities that enhance student engagement and promote the school’s values.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Science Faculty to share best practices and improve teaching standards.
- Promote the importance of Science in the wider world through outreach and community engagement.
- Participate in professional development and continuing education to maintain and enhance teaching expertise.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Science Teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective Science lessons.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the school’s values of Courage, Commitment, and Compassion.
- Experience in working with students of diverse abilities and backgrounds.
Preferred
- Specialism in Chemistry and/or Physics.
- Experience in leading or contributing to extra-curricular Science activities.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and technology.
- Experience in promoting Science through outreach and community projects.
