Key Responsibilities:

- Support students in achieving their full potential through differentiated instruction and personalized learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Demonstrate a commitment to inclusion, equity, and the highest standards of teaching.
- Encourage student curiosity and a passion for learning through innovative and interactive teaching methods.
- Work closely with the school leadership team to implement the school's mission and values.
- Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum and support extracurricular activities related to the subject.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Science Teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that challenge and inspire students.
- Commitment to the values of excellence, integrity, and kindness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with students of all abilities and backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
- Experience in a school setting with a strong emphasis on inclusion and equity.
- Previous experience in curriculum development or leadership roles within a school.
- Familiarity with the Beckfoot Trust mission and values.
- Experience with innovative teaching methods and technology integration in the classroom.
