Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to the development of Science provision across the school.
- Stay up to date with developments in Science education and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
- Support the school’s commitment to student behaviour and learning through the Behaviour for Learning policy.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to the school’s ongoing improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Science.
- Proven experience in teaching Science at the appropriate level.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience in delivering Science to a range of abilities.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
- Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and resources.
