Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Stay up to date with developments in science education and incorporate innovative teaching methods into your practice.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and a valid teaching qualification.
- Experience in teaching science at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, or equivalent.
- Commitment to student success and a passion for inspiring young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
Preferred
- Experience with NQTs/ECTs or a willingness to support new teachers.
- Experience in developing and delivering science-based extracurricular programs.
- Familiarity with the latest science teaching methodologies and resources.
- Experience in a school with a values-based education approach.
