Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in staff development and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning.
  • Monitor and assess student progress through a range of assessment methods.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective science lessons.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding.
  • Experience working within a school setting.

Preferred

  • Experience with curriculum development and assessment.
  • Familiarity with science-based extra-curricular activities.
  • Experience in teaching students aged 11-16.
