The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Physics, Biology, and Chemistry to students across key stages.
  • Deliver high-quality lessons that promote student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to monitor and enhance student progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support continuous professional development.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
  • Stay up to date with developments in Science education and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified Science Teacher with relevant experience.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Physics, Biology, and Chemistry.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality Science education to students of all abilities.
  • Commitment to student progress and achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school with a strong focus on curriculum innovation and teacher development.
  • Experience with assessment and data-driven teaching strategies.
